Course Completion Time Limits

Along with purchasing course materials, you also pay an enrollment fee. Completion of courses is subject to the following course completion time restrictions:

• courses worth 0.6 to 3.0 continuing education units (CEUs) must be completed within three (3) months of the date of enrollment;
• courses worth 3.1 to 9.0 CEUs must be completed within six (6) months of enrollment;
• certificate program courses for academic credit must be completed within six (6) months of enrollment.

NOTE: Students who enroll in more than one course at the same time MUST complete all courses within the course completion time restrictions applicable to those courses. In cases where courses have two volumes, each volume is considered a separate course (Volume I is a course and Volume II is a course). Each enrollment that is not completed within the course completion time restrictions, based on the date of purchase, will be cancelled.
