This course is designed to provide continuing education for
professional engineers, employees of municipal agencies,
regulatory agencies, developers, construction companies, and
others to increase their knowledge of stormwater best management
practices. Two continuing education units (CEUs) will be awarded
for completing the course.
This course provides general guidance for selecting and
implementing Best Management Practices (BMPs) to reduce
pollutants in runoff from municipal operations to waters of the
state. Topics covered include regulatory requirements, pollution
prevention planning, source control BMPs, treatment control BMPs,
and long-term maintenance of BMPs.
